Hello! I’m Stephanie Meyer—not the author of Twilight, but creator of Project Vibrancy.

/ˈvībrənsē/ The state of being full of energy or life.

Who doesn’t want that?

We all do, of course, and it all begins with food and nourishment, this powerful thing we do several times per day to stay alive, experience pleasure, reduce stress, connect with others, create beauty, and care for ourselves and our loved ones.

Those are many of my favorite words and you’ll see them here often: alive, nourishment, pleasure, connection, beauty, care.

I’ll add abundance, color, healing, energy, badass, kickass, joy.

My truest jam is healthy food and cooking—bonus points for serious nutrient density— and it’s my joy (see?) to share it with you.

By trade I’m a personal chef, cookbook author, and cooking instructor who coaches healthy meals and nutrition transformation for midlife women. I entertain often, cater occasionally, and I’ve written 52 weeks of meal plans in addition to three cookbooks and the health food blog Fresh Tart (since 2006!).

I’m here to talk about the specific challenges midlife women face with their health and share my unique take on solutions. I’m a women in the US who has spent a lifetime steeped in our culture of body shame, deprivation, and doing damn near anything to stay small, and I don’t play those games anymore.

Conversations here will be about getting strong, nutrients to support building muscle, facing discomfort with courage and badassery, building systems to make protecting your health as simple as possible, easy deliciousness, fast recipes, the science of habit change, seasonal color theory, the transformative power of grief, taking big risks, and anything else that makes midlife women strong AF.
